Here are two more still life paintings in acrylic that I had to do for class. It's not always easy to press out work in a VERY limited amount of time. It is to take us about 4-5 hours to finish each one. This is not to mention that I have been predominitely a graphite and digital artist and never worked with traditional paints (except for fun as a child briefly) before this class. It's been quite challenging, but I've enjoyed learning and as with everything, improvement comes with practice. It's not as easy as one would think....much different than sketching. =).

I re-vamped a drawing that I had done in my Perspective class last semester. I added color to it and I think it really gives mood to the drawing.

Hi, I have decided to add a blog to my website. I will try to update it periodically with some things I have been working on for school, personal pieces, news, updates, other art links, etc. I hope you decide to check back often to see what's new.
In the meantime, here are a few things I have been working on at school. These are for my Still Life and Color and Design classes.
